How to Speak English More Often and Confidently for English Department Students

In this era, can speak in English fluently is very important for us. Especially for English department students, it is like an obligation that we have to speak more often and fluently. Here are some reasons why we have to practice speak in English anytime.

 Alumnus of English department is purpose for become an English teacher. So we need to practice more to increase our vocabulary and pronunciation in speaking become better everyday.

English is an international language. It means that we need to study deeply and often, because this is useful for us when we are going to work and also in dialylife  that have been modern.

The students also have been purposed for in facing MEA. So, there is no reason for do not study English.

Based on the text, there are many ways to encourage English department students to speak more often and confidently.

1.      Practice with some friends everyday

2.      Use the unfamiliar word that we do not know and practice it

3.      Do not be afraid of wrong vocabulary or wrong pronunciation, because we are still learning. Just try it

4.      Ask some cleverer students or lecturer to help us repair the wrong vocabulary or pronunciation in speaking class.

Bu Ummi said that islam does not know about Muhammadiyah, NU, and so on. All is same in islam. Islam is rahmatan lil ‘alamin. In this opportunity, we will talk about Islamic life. She has a slogan, that is “ it does not matter that your sandal is lost in mosque. It matters if your sandal have never arrived in mosque.” There are many things that related with Islamic life, that is :

1.       Personal life

Aqidah (faith)

Akhlak (set an example of Rasulullah life and habits)

Pray

Muamalah

2.       Family

Shape : foundation of Islamic life

Function : an example for the children

3.       Society

Make a good relationship not only with moslem, but also with other religion

Stay away from quarrel

4.       Organization

Make a group and  also come together in a place with pious. Ask the friends of organization to do good thing

5.       Technology

Get good benefit from it. The Family have to monitor the children via android itself.

The Purpose of the event :

To tack on good relationship with other, and also share good things in this kajian cantik. To introduce the board of PAUD Aisiyah 2 Ngombol and PAUD Aisiyah 2 Ngombol itself.

The participant will have new experience about making a creativity from flannel and get good knowledge about Islamic life.

About ESA (English Student Association)

ESA or English Student Association is a community of English education students who is selected and then join with this organization. ESA’s function is for a place of aspiration English student association to develop their potential and creativity by some positive events in academic or non academic. Aim of ESA is for increase the creativity of the board and tighten good relationship each board and English education students.

ESA have many programs that held every year. Most of the program is usually followed by english education student. And sometimes also followed by other department and out of campus. They are :

By joining English Student Association or ESA, we can learn  many things and many aspect in organization. For example we can manage our time, study the specification of each division, meet new people, setting many events, solve the problem, appreciate different opinion, and many more.

When you want to be the next generation of ESA, you must be collected the recuirement. ESA’s membership requirements are :

1. 2^nd  or 4^th  grade English Education Department Student
2. Fill the registration form
3. Submit : 1 Fotocopyof Student Identity Card (KTM)

                          : 2 Photos (3x4)

                          : 1 Photocopy of KRS

And then, you can follow the test and also interview by the date that certain held every year. After that, you must be patient to know the announcement of new member of ESA.

Town Square Of Purworejo

Descriptive Text

There is a beautiful place in my town. That is a town square of Purworejo in Purworejo city. Town square of Purworejo is the biggest town square in Center Java. The wide of the town square is about 60.000 m². A long time ago, town square must be a symbol of a glory in its region, either it is a kingdom or a regency.  

As many town in Indonesia, surely there are many icon in its city. In Purworejo, the icon are Durian, Manggis, Clorot, and also monument of Center Java is placed in the side of town square to tell the people that it is an icon of Purworejo. And there are two of banyan tree in the middle of town square that came from Yogyakarta Palace.

There are also some play ground for kids and fitness center. Sometimes, when the society want to show their performance, they can do it in the stage that served in north west of town square. There is also a background of musical scale  in its stage.

The town square of Purworejo is surrounded by some important buildings. For examples like government buildings, police station, mosque, clinic, market, and others. And also some historic buildings of Dutch heritage.
